The Dow Jones Sustainability Indices are a group of stock indices developed jointly by U.S.-based S&P Dow Jones Indices and Swiss-based RobecoSAM. The indices reflect the evaluation of companies undertaken from three perspectives – the economy, the environment and society – with a focus on corporate social responsibility and sustainability performance. Companies that comprehensively show excellent performance are nominated every year for inclusion in the indices.

The STOXX Global ESG Leaders index is an SRI index from STOXX Limited, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse AG. Companies that meet their ESG assessment criteria are selected.

The S&P/JPX Carbon efficient Index is a global environmental stock index created by S&P Dow Jones Index, one of the world’s largest independent index providers, to measure the performance of TOPIX constituents.

The underlying index is JPX-Nikkei Index 400, which is composed of companies with high appeal for investors, meeting requirements of global investment standards, such as efficient use of capital and investor-focused management perspectives. The constituents are selected from all the listed companies on Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) based on the criteria, such as ROE and corporate governance processes. Nabtesco Corporation has been a constituent of the Index since 2014.
